The smell of freshly ground coffee beans steeped in hot water.

Balance

When each characteristic or flavor is in perfect harmony providing a complex even cup.

Body

The weigh and feel of coffee in your mouth.

Fragrance

The scent of freshly ground coffee beans.

Nose

The vapors released by the coffee in the mouth.

Taste

The flavor of coffee.
