How does a coffee subscription work?
With a subscription, your choice of coffee is delivered right to your door while locking in a solid market price. No more heading to the grocery store! You are able to choose from a subscription of Single Origins, Blends, Apex Series, or a Roaster's Choice. Coffee can be delivered in several different frequency schedules, depending on your choice. Your credit card will be billed on each delivery date. Every subscription customer has an online portal for easy updates: change the type of coffee and frequency as often as you wish or cancel your account at anytime with no penalty. It's super easy and non-committal.
What's the difference between unlimited subscriptions and gift subscriptions?
Unlimited subscriptions are just what you think—they never end until you tell us to stop sending you coffee. This is perfect for a personal susbscription that comes right to your home or place of work. Using your online customer portal, you can cancel at any time with no penalty. Unlimited subscriptions are available at your choice of frequency (weekly, twice a month, or once a month) and choice of coffee bag quantity (from 1–4 twelve ounce bags or 1 five pound bag).
Gift subscriptions are fixed for either 3 or 6 months, depending on your choice. These are perfect options for gifting to another person (Hey, you like them, but you can't give them coffee for life, right?). With gift subscriptions, you can choose from 1, 2, or 4 twelve ounce bags.
How do I add the correct shipping address?
It's important to put in the shipping address of the person who will receive the coffee. If this is you, easy! If this is a friend, you'll need to put in their address. Because we aren't able to separate shipping on orders, you may need to create a separate order for your gift. For example, if you are buying your best friend a gift subscription but buying yourself a mug, you'll need to make two seaparate orders.
The price seems low at checkout. Is this because my card will be charged later?
Yes. Your subscription is on auto-renew, which means you will be charged at each time of delivery, depending on the delivery frequency you selected. The credit card charge you are seeing at checkout is for the first subscription installment only.
How do I use the customer portal?
A link will be sent to your email address after your purchase. You are able to change frequency, type of coffee, type of grind as often as you wish. You can also cancel your account at any time with no penalty. If you are sending a gift, the customer portal will be tied to your email address. We recommend keeping it this way; you as the purchaser should hold control of the account.
