Expect Fulfillment & Shipping Delays
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests to ship coffee at a later date than it was originally ordered. Please expect your item(s), including initial subscription installments, to ship within two business days of ordering.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when you place your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, Higher Grounds is not responsible for locating or redirecting your package.
Higher Grounds is not responsible for packages that were damaged in transport or after delivery. To file a claim on damaged items, please contact the carrier.
We offer free in-store pickup for all online orders at our coffee bar: 806 Red Drive, Traverse City, MI. Simply select "Hold for pickup" at checkout. Please allow 2 business days for order processing for all in-store pickups.
Please allow 2 business days for order processing, followed by 2-5 days for delivery depending upon the option you choose. Orders eligible for free shipping will be delivered by the carrier of our choice. If you need a specific carrier, please select and pay for that option at checkout.

In the rare event of a quality or product packaging issue, replacements will be made at no charge to the customer. If a refund or replacement is due to customer preference, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All replacement shippiments will be sent at no charge after the return has been received.

Items purchased in our coffee bar location may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Returns and replacements of bulk or packaged coffee products are limited to 1 pound.
In the rare event of a quality or product packaging issue, replacements will be issued regardless of where the coffee was purchased, with or without a receipt. If a refund or replacement is due to customer preference, all products not purchased directly from Higher Grounds must be returned to the original grocery store, restaurant, or other business of purchase.
