We start with high-quality, certified organic beans sourced from trusted cooperative Triunfo Verde in Chiapas, Mexico, depending on seasonal availability. This coffee is selected for its unique flavor profile, ensuring it stands out as a fabulous decaffeinated offering.

At the Descamex Mountain Water Decaffeination Plant in Veracruz, Mexico, caffeine is gently removed using pure water, steam, and carbon filtration—never chemicals. The result is a clean, chemical-free process that preserves the natural sweetness and character of the coffee.
