Anonymous Sadly, I do not consider this a dark roast. The flavor is no stronger than the Mexican ‘dark’ roast coffee. My tastebuds expected the flavor strength of espresso, but it ended up tasting like a medium roast coffee. Higher Grounds makes really nice coffee! But this decaf espresso really fell flat for me.
