Coffee Enhanced with (Holiday) Spirit
It began with Karla Portillo: a Honduran farmer with an exceptional 100% organic, fairly traded microlot from the COMSA Cooperative.
To elevate the bean’s inherent character, our Head Roaster paired it with single malt Irish whiskey, marrying coffee to spirit through a two-week Stave Method infusion.
Karla’s coffee is known for malty depth and rich chocolate-raisin tones. In the cup, those flavors meet cozy notes of oak and vanilla, finishing with a whisper of orange bitters.
Created for quiet moments, shared cups, and thoughtful gifting, this limited release honors the craft of both producer and roaster, and the beauty found in attentive small-batch work.
